"You shall be like a watered garden"...that thought brings a joy to my heart and a smile to my face. Blooming, buzzing and beautiful...I would love to be His garden, reflecting His hand.
Hi Caryjo, Isiah 58:11 is one of my favorite passages of scripture. It's actually the founding scripture for my blog. Each of those photos look like a place I would love to linger awhile.
Ah, Cary Jo, just at a time in my life when I am constantly reminded that I am literally drying up. The springs of water were especially welcome today...
Even though I'm late reading this, it was God's timing for me. Beautiful photos and words--quite soothing. I remember the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and all the trees. Lots and lots of trees!

I smiled big to see a UP path. How I need His continual guidance.

Thank you. That is such a beautiful reminder of a beautiful verse.

You took us on a lovely little trip with these pictures. Thanks for the journey!
A path, my picture is a path too. God is showing us something.
I love the photos and verses. (And I love your Bible footnote.)
Blessings,
Joan

I've hiked many paths just like that one in the UP. My husband went to college there! Oh, the stories I could tell! ;)
like a stream of water whose waters fail not ... It's so sweet to know in HIM we fail not ... what peace this verse brings.
So much comfort in this! Beautiful.

We pray that the Heavenly Father will keep those who have suffered so much safe.
Have a blessed week.
Love how God uses the beautiful things in nature to teach us more about Himself.
Nature is a certain reminder of God's goodness to us, and your photos and words show that today. Thanks for a beautiful post!
Beautiful post! Isn't it wonderful knowing we can relax and let the Lord lead the way? Many Blessings.
Thanks for the encouragement.
I love this verse! Yay that you are from my "neck of the woods"! Read your previous post...thank God for His protection!
