Well, I'm going to show you a picture that I had put on at another time, maybe about a year ago re: worshiping and glorifying and praising our Heavenly Father. I have been worshiping and praying often while driving around from our Omaha area and around parts of our nation. I'm very sad, b/c I can't drive. At a hospital in December 12, '15, it was officially dropped onto my that I can't drive. Mostly, b/c of the dementia and/or my body issues. Well, I'm still very sorrowful, b/c I can't drive. My husband and a couple friends drive me around, usually on "my" car, to the locational areas here where I can worship and pray and glorify to the Lord. Anyhow, in our house, many times a day and at night, I do my singing to the Lord. I'm usually walking for about 1/2 hour and then back home and sitting and resting. When I'm able to walk here from our home with my 2 canes, I focus on the Lord and worship and pray.
I often consider how glorifying it will be in Heaven for all of us. When I'm seeing clouds, I always smile!!! So, that's my main way to focus on the Lord. Anyhow, here's the photo again, and it's exactly what I can do. He is all that counts!!!

JOYFULNESS AND HALLELUJAH!!
I'm very grateful and I'm filled with rejoicing! Today at three churches I was hugged and loved and appreciated, even though I have difficult times to walk clearly and to speak carefully. Sometimes my brain and body issue is a real challenge to me and to others. DUH! I look forward the do what I can in our world and I instantly look forward to Heaven!!
Yes, day-by-day, moment-by-moment, I focus on my Heavenly Father and Jesus and piles and piles of others, including family and friends, pastors, and kind neighbors that took care of me and dropped the Lord into my heart when I was a good person sometimes and a fighter sometimes. I know I've been protected and carefully healed by the Lord a number of times, even when in a fighting home when I was a young kid. I was taught to be a fighter when I was just turning 5 in July, '50.
It's a huge blessing that the Lord broke into my life and did not let me enter suicide which occurred when I was in my late teens. In Tacoma and Seattle between ages of 18 to 20, I had become in very sinful situations, back in 1964 to 1966, and knowing about it through what I'd known of the Lord I truly thought I'd be murdered or arrested for murdering someone. It's a blessing that the Lord broke strongly into my life when I was 20. In all these 50 years He has been such a miracle for me and my family and friends. So much changed through and for Him.
So I'm filled with rejoicing and joyfulness!!
Through eternity!!
Just like many of you the word is
HALLELUJAH!!!

JESUS LOOKED TO HEAVEN. WE DO, TOO.
JESUS, AFTER A NUMBER OF YEARS,
FACING HIS DEATH AND HOW HE COULD BE
DEALING WITH THE SINFULNESS OF THE WORLD,
HE USED THOSE "FATHER" WORDS.
TODAY, AND FOREVER, THAT'S ALL I CAN EVER
FOCUS ON AND COUNT ON.
THE COUPLE THOUSAND YEARS LATER
FROM WHEN JESUS WAS SACRIFICED
THE SINFULNESS HAS EXPLODED AROUND THE WORLD.
I FOCUS ON THE HEAVEN, AND GREATLY APPRECIATING

HALLELUJAH RE: BOTH BIRDS AND US!
A couple days ago, this Word was dropped in on me.
When trying to find a local bird I could use as the Word
I suddenly discovered that I had done it another time ago.
Obviously, the Word and the bird grabbed beautifully...
AGAIN!
Here's another couple pictures popped on to share.
Hope you'll smile and rejoice with me.
YEP!! I'm a bird addict!! I often think of them, when I'm on my way to heaven, that they will surround me and flying with me up beyond the clouds, and then the angels will take over.
But I sure smile and love the birds around me here, or anywhere I'm driving or traveling in our nation or when
living in Uganda, visiting in Costa Rica and Morocco.
I've seen much of them many times.
HALLELUJAH!!

HIS MERCY ENDURES!!
CAN COUNT ON HIM
FOREVER AND EVER!!
THIS PHOTO WAS TAKEN IN SEPTEMBER, '85, WHEN
DAVE AND I WERE IN THE NORTHERN MINNESOTA AREA
VISITING MY LONG-TIME FRIEND, SUSAN, AND STAYING AT
HER HOUSE A DAY AFTER WE WERE MARRIED IN OMAHA. THEN, ON A DAYTIME PIECE, WE DROVE TO LAKE ITASCA,
ABOUT 30 MILES FROM HER HOME,
WHERE THE BEGINNING OF MISSISSIPPI RIVER OCCURS.
OUR HEAVENLY FATHER WAS
A PRAISE AND A BLESSING FOR DAVE AND I
WAY BACK THEN... SEPARATELY OR TOGETHER... AND ALSO EVERYONE IN THE WORLD
BEFORE AND AFTER,
FOR CENTURIES AND THOUSANDS OF YEARS.
HEAVENLY FATHER IS ALL I/WE CAN COUNT ON
FOREVER AND EVER!!!

TRUSTING HIM IS WHAT WORKS FOR
ALL PEOPLE WHO PRAY.

TRUSTING HIM IS WHAT COUNTS!
AM I NAMING THE CITY OR THE STATE OF THIS PHOTO?
NO!
WHY?
BECAUSE THE UNUSUAL "WISDOM" OF THE WORLD
IS DEMONICALLY BROKEN INTO
A VARIETY OF NATIONS AND CITIES.
ALL WE CAN COUNT ON IS
OUR HEAVENLY FATHER AND LORD
BREAKING AROUND AND ABOUT
TO THE TRUTHFULNESS.
WE CAN TRUST HIM.
THAT IS ALL.
I'M HEAVILY HEARTBROKEN BY WHAT IS OCCURRING NOW IN OUR PRESENT DAY WORLD, IN SPITE OF WHAT ST. PAUL WAS SHARING
THIS INFORMATION WAY BACK THEN.
ALL WE CAN COUNT ON IS BEING IN HEAVEN
AND BURIED IN TRUTHFULNESS.
I WAS A SIGNIFICANTLY SINFUL KID FROM ABOUT 5 TO 20. THEN THE LORD BROKE IN STRONGLY AND I ACCEPTED HIM,
I TRULY KNEW AS I WAS IN SCHOOL OR IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS
OR JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE, THAT I WAS MUCH MORE
SINFUL THAN THE NORMAL PEOPLE.
I'M A VERY "GRATEFUL COOKIE".
I'M ALIVE STILL AND SERVING HIM.
I WOULD HAVE DIED FROM MY SINFULNESS

MARY MAGDALENE AND ME...
Well, when reading of Mary Magdalene when I was simply reading the Bible years and years ago, I thought of what she was doing that was similar to what was going on in my life as a kid. As I've often said, I was blessed when the Lord broke into my life. This is filled with seriousness and sinfulness, so if you want to skip it, that would be fine, too. But this was in the last portion of my Mary Magdalene book. [OH, and on April 15th, that will be the 49th birthday of me through accepting the Lord. I'll be sharing pieces then, as I do every year on the writing possibilities. Makes me rejoice and smile!]
===========================================================
TESTIMONY
I’ve described myself in testimonies for the last forty-plus years so many times in ways that I’ve described Mary Magdalene. Especially anger. Anger buried deeply in my heart.
I was not an official prostitute – harlot – as Mary is often described in the thoughts of many people throughout the centuries, but I was just like that when heading to my late teens. As a molested girl, from pre-school age, regularly abused from the age of 5 through high school, both physically and verbally, I left home filled with furiousness. Yes, I had seed planted in my life by good people in my schools, through churches, and with friends who accepted me in spite of my outlook on life.
But, when I left home, after a short time in college, I ended up with a job in Seattle when 18 years old, no help or family or friends anywhere nearby. I entered heavily into alcohol. Then, prior-to and after a date-rape, the anger filled me again ... way over the top. And I entered the “harlot” world and was there for nearly 2 years.
I’ve often said that if the Lord had not broken into my life, especially as I was heading for 21, I would have died from alcoholism, violence, or suicide.
But He did break into my life with great kindness, mercy, love, and grace.
Now, I rarely am angry. I’m rarely ready to fight, physically. But often am ready to “fight” when I’m trying to protect other people and plant seed of the Lord into their lives. And I am not at all headed to suicide. I want only my life, my time here on earth and for eternity, with my Heavenly Father, Lord Jesus, and my Holy Spirit.
I’m very thankful that, just the same as the result for Mary Magdalene, God is BIGGER than any people who live in the world and who attempt to draw us to the wrong direction.
So, that is my forever life here and there ... filled with gratefulness.

MY 1ST JULY 4TH...
I was NOT only 1 year old at the time, but it's the first one I remember. I was turning 5 years old near the 4th of July, because my birthday is on the 9th.
My Dad hadn't been in my life on a regular basis until about a year before that.
In April, 1950, we moved into Kenton, Washington, near Vancouver, which was a slummy area and we lived in an ugly little house with brown asbestos siding. The neighborhood had pigs and chickens running loose, and rats, and lots of dirt. The kids were mean, too, and I was littler than most of them, having been born as a preemie.
When he took off, I ran to my parents and told them, crying, of course.
My Dad made a decision. The best thing that could be done was to teach me how to fight. So, he spent time coaching me on the "old one-two" boxing punch. He worked me hard, believe me.
Then, a few days later, between the 4th and my birthday, the 9th, "Bully" came to the fence in front of our house and stared at me with a kind of mean look on his face. My Dad happened to be in the front yard with me. Dad nodded at me to go outside the fence. He backed under a tree and watched.
I walked out, looked at the boy, walked up to him, and took my right arm and swung it at him the way my Dad had said to do it. I hit him in his stomach with swing number 1 and immediately hit his chin with number 2. I said each number as I was swinging my arm.
What did he do? He ran away. The bully had been bullied by a skinny, short, young GIRL. Don't think he could ever have imagined that. [And I bet he didn't ever tell anyone about it!]
Now, the results.
#1 -- Dad was pleased with how I did it. Despite the fact that in our present day, a dad usually would approach the bully's family, back then my Dad handled it differently. He had been raised as a fighter, period. Family battles were constant in his life. He didn't see a better way to deal with these tough situations. So training me fit right into his view. Seemed the safest thing to do for me.
#2 -- The enemy of Christ planted thoughts in my heart that stayed there until I was 20 years old and came to the Lord. And even then, it did not change immediately; it took some time. The thoughts/lies were: You're on your own. You fight for yourself. Can't trust anyone else to take care of you.
And, this was the beginning of a life-style for me. Yes, as you would see on some of my posts, I was a fighter, physically, from that point on. [Some parents and kids considered me a bully!... Hmm!]
The good result? Now I am a "fighter" for our Lord and constantly focused on the spiritual warfare. Fighting is not uncomfortable for me any more. Why? Because my Dad is now my Heavenly Father and when I obey Him, moving into a battle, fighting spiritual "bullies" for the sake of other struggling people, the results will be eternal.
Happy 4th of July!

SEX TRAFFICKING...AND ME
This, basically, is a repost. However, recent news hit my heart again. What amazes me is how the Lord protected me in those days. I was a Christian, yes. I was not 12, which is an age that is sometimes grabbed by the pimps. As I say in my post, I was 22 and I looked about 16, and was obviously traveling a long distance. Consequently, I somehow jumped out to this guy's attention. And, as I describe, he did not give up. However, neither did my Heavenly Father.
Even though some of the recent news was referring to Minneapolis-St. Paul, and we know sex trafficking has been taking place there for some time, it also has been a significant issue here in Omaha for many, many years. Studying our area's history, it has not been uncommon. However, it is usually slipped underground and rarely dealt with officially. I'd like to fight for it to be destroyed, believe me.
The Lord had me write this a few months ago, and has touched my heart again to share truthfully. Hope it will touch yours.
========================
Sorry if
this is too blunt, but thought I'd toss this out, and you can choose whether to read it or not.
On FB someone mentioned the seriosity of it right now and mentioned an article about Seattle.
Well,
it's been going on in various parts of our country and all around the
world for many years. A ministry friend of mine is in Greece at this
moment, ministering to the prostitutes in one area. These "women"
are often young teens, forced into this life, and no one is stepping up
to free them. Overall, sex trafficking has been one of my ministry
study areas for many years.
Thought I'd share one episode involving me that occurred about 44 years ago. You'll certainly see that this has been a common occurrence; it's not just a "today" issue.
In March, 1968, I left East St. Louis, IL. I had been there for about a year, working and in a street ministry. Because of some serious issues involving race rioting and street fighting and the people I was heavily involved with during those events, I was, basically, forced to leave town and return to the Northwest.
I was on a bus and it stopped for a couple hours for layover and transfer in Kansas City, MO. As soon as I was off the bus, a man came up to me and flashed his rings at me, and opened his jacket to show me more and more jewelry.
I was 22 at the time, looked about 16. Even though I had a tough background, very little "sweetness and light" connected to me, I was shocked, confused, and, unfortunately, didn't try to find a security guard or police officer [don't even know if bus stations had them in those days]. I tried to get away from him, and he always followed me and always found me. He kept telling me that, because I was such a cute girl, there was a party he wanted me to go to and he would let me have a good time that night and they would make sure I was on the bus the next day so I'd reach home. Later, to try to push me closer to agreement, he said they would pay airfare for me so I could get home quickly. Once, when I was in the women's rest room and lounge, the door was hammered. I was the only one who wasn't involved with children, so I answered it, and it was the man again, trying to get me to go out with him. I quickly shut the door and hid inside. When I had to leave, I mixed in with a group that was also heading out, so he couldn't get near me.
When it was finally time to get on the bus, I DID!! FAST! He still stood outside flashing the rings and trying to convince me to get off the bus. I was very relieved when the engine started and we hit the road.
I was sitting beside a man who seemed to have a tough background, and after a while I told him what had happened and asked if he knew anything about it.
He laughed. "Yes," he said. And then he described it. The man was trying to convince me to go to a "party", but it was going to be only drugs and sex, and I would never be going home. I would either be forced into sex and do the "job" they had for me, or I would be dead. No other options.
Every once in a while, I remember this event. I know that, just a couple years earlier, living in Seattle-Tacoma area before the Lord broke into my life, I might easily have been tricked and sucked into that world. And death would have occurred... either from their hands or my own, since I had suicidal depression/mentality during those years.
If this happened to me all those years ago, in a public location, why would we think it wouldn't happen today, here and there, and all over the world? And with all the digital connections people have, the ability to flee could be more difficult. It just ain't an easy world out there.
I guess the only way to close this is to say that I love my Savior for many reasons... and His kindness and protection for that short stretch of time in that bus station should be near the top of the Love-List.
And I worship Him, day and night, and will forever and ever.
