"THE SOROTI PROJECT"

THIS IS OFFICIALLY SENT OUT THROUGH AMAZON, AND PUBLISHED THROUGH FISTBUMP, MEDIA.
IN AMAZON IT'S VARIETY OF WAYS WILL BE IN PLACE WHILE LETTING PEOPLE DO WHAT THEY WANT.
OH..
AND IT'S BEEN CONNECTED TO MY OTHER BOOK,
 "THE ANNIE PROJECT"
AND THIS OTHER BOOK WRITTEN TO FIX IT WITH HOW I, "CARY", WAS IN UGANDA TO BE AT THE SOROTI SITUATION IN PORTION 3 OF THE "ANNIE" BOOK, WHICH IS CALLED, "LIFE GETS COMPLICATED".  SO HERE THAT IS:

I'm very, very happy and very, very relieved since I've been writing this in a variety of ways since I was in Soroti in late '03 and early '04.  Anyhow, the share the reality of what was going on when kids were being significantly abused by the LRA and seeing the seriousness of the pastors that I was involved with and to see bodies that had lost legs or parts of other portions of their bodies when being thoroughly abused.  As I often say, I came home with PTS that lasted for about 4 months.  I had done what the Lord called me to do...and Dave sent me off there, because he knew the Lord wanted me to be there.  He could only come the last 2 weeks, and he couldn't go to Soroti, mostly b/c of our timing situation, and he took wonderful care of me there and when I came back here.  He's a blessing!

I can only hope to understand the trauma involved with being a witness to the terrible suffering of the children and others in Uganda. I am glad you now have this in book form and available for friends to purchase. Thank you for sharing with us here at Tell me a Story.

Good for you for your obedience and ministry, Jo. Your compassion is a gift from God. May He bless and use your stories to change hearts and bring praise to His name.

Thank you for your ministry and your heart for going where God called you. The horrific things that kids had to deal with as well as you can only be overcome by God's grace. Many blessings to you!
