BACK THEN, VISITING A FAMILY, IN EARLY SPRING 2000,
THIS TOWN WAS FILLED WITH BLESSINGS
AND FILLED WITH THE REALITY OF LIFE
THEY WERE DEALING WITH.
WHEN I SAW THIS, IT GRABBED MY HEART THEN.
NOW, WITH MORE AND MORE OF OUR WORLDLINESS,
MANY OF US LOOK FORWARD TO HEAVEN.
FOCUSING DAILY ON DEAR FAMILY AND FRIENDS
AND MANY OTHERS HERE ON EARTH.
HOWEVER, OUR DEAR CHRIST AND HEAVENLY FATHER
IS ON MY HEART CONSISTENTLY NOW,

I need to remind myself this especially when life here on earth gets too tough.
Hi CaryJo,
Nice to meet you. I'm stopping over from Floyd's site.
How fun to hear that you were in Costa Rica for a little bit. What was that for? I love missions and overseas work too.

A heavenly perspective... Sounds like wisdom to me. The more we know the more we see the reality of this fallen world and the perfection on the other side.
This reminds me of Pilgrims Progress. We are but sojourners here on earth. Our life is not here, but in Heaven in the presence of our Lord and Savior.
This reminds me to live in the present being ever mindful of my "real life" which will be in Heaven one day.
Thanks for sharing!
