THE GIFT WAS THAT, BECAUSE YEARS BEFORE DAVE AND I MET, WE BOTH HAD DESIRED TO BE MISSIONARIES. WHEN WE WERE BEING PUT TOGETHER, ONE OF THE FIRST PIECES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
WAS THIS HUGE DESIRE.
AMAZINGLY, 5-1/2 YEARS LATER, WE WERE SENT TO UGANDA TO SEEK PEOPLE, CHECK THINGS OUT.
DURING THE 5 WEEKS WE WERE THERE, WE WERE GIVEN WONDERFUL EVENTS BY WONDERFUL PEOPLE ...
AND WE BOTH TRULY DID SOME WONDERFUL THINGS,
AS THE LORD DROPPED
THOUGHTS AND IDEAS AND NEEDS ON US.
IT WAS A MIRACULOUS TIME FOR US...
PLAIN "MERE" PEOPLE THE LORD DESCRIBED.
AND WHY? BECAUSE WE LOVE THE LORD.
[WE'VE BEEN BLESSED WITH MANY MIRACULOUS OPPORTUNITIES TO BE INTERNATIONAL MISSIONARIES AND USA INTERNAL NATIONAL MISSIONARIES. WHAT A BLESSING!]
